Having a large experience over 25 years , ELMAKSAN Machinery Industry , is a leading company in Turkey for the production of pipes lines, profile lines, slitting lines and cut-to-length lines, other extra equipment and spare parts.

Elmaksan Machinery’s production facilities cover over 34.000 m², one in Istanbul with 20.000 m² total and 5.000 m² closed areas; and another located in Kocaeli Free Zone with closed area of 22.000 m² out of total 14.000 m².  

More than 80% of the total volume of production is being exported abroad and up to now over 250 lines have been sold to 40 different countries all over the world.  

Improving the design progress is one of our primary objectives.To meet this requirement, we  have started to design our machinery and

equipment with Autodesk Inventor software.The product enables us to accelerate and streamline the creation of production drawings with correct results while minimizing the errors.

We utilize latest generation CAM software, EdgeCAM. The application provides full machine simulation capability, while extendingcomprehensive verification and visualisation tools. Parametric similarity between Inventor and EdgeCam allows easier and more accurate data transformation. Hence, this seemless data processing technique enables us to program the CNC machines with zero error.
