Ki\u015fisel verileriniz KVKK\u2019n\u0131n 5. ve 6. maddesinde yer alan bir s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin kurulmas\u0131 veya ifas\u0131, bir hukuki y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn yerine getirilmesi, kanunlarda \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmesi, ilgili ki\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan verinin alenile\u015ftirilmesi ve bir hakk\u0131n tesisi, kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve korunmas\u0131, ilgili ki\u015finin temel hak ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine zarar vermemek \u015fart\u0131 ile Elmaksan\u2019\u0131n me\u015fru menfaatinin gerektirmesi yahut veri sahibinin a\u00e7\u0131k r\u0131zas\u0131 hukuki sebeplerine dayan\u0131larak fiziki ve\/veya elektronik y\u00f6ntemlerle toplanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n
