ELMAKSAN MACHINERY has been manufacturing machinery for steel industries since 1983 and continued its facilites after starting on small workshop in Istanbul.
ELMAKSAN MACHINERY, keen on steady growth and development since its establishment, expanded its facilities in Kucukbakkalkoy and IMES Industrial Area, respectively. Having carried out the business under this name until 1993, our establishment changed name into ELMAKSAN MACHINERY INDUSTRY & TRADE CO. LTD, having changed the status accordingly.
In 1996 The Company moved to the factory site located in Buyukbakkalkoy/ISTANBUL, which total area is over 7000m2. Due to competence and experience over 20 years of ELMAKSAN MACHINERY INDUSTRY, and being the leading firm in Turkey for the production of initially pipes lines, profile lines, slitting lines and cut-to-length lines, other extra equipment and spare parts, in 1999 ELMAKSAN MACHINERY INDUSTRY & FOREIGN TRADE CO. LTD was established.
In compliance with steady and continuously growing targets, in 2003 The Company Group, proceeding all Import and Export facilities, established EMS. MACHINERY INDUSTRY & TRADE CO. EMS MACHINERY, built a new factory with an open area of 14.000 m2 and 22.000 m 2 closed, which began operating in January 2008.
ELMAKSAN having the number of employees, including qualified industrial personnel, technical personnel and engineers, over 100 persons, is taking one of the first places among Pioneer Industrial Firms, constantly increasing its job volume and expanding the production. With the start of business activity in Kocaeli Factory these figures increased further.
More than 85% of the total volume of production is being exported abroad to 40 different countries in 4 different continents.
